This is a great business , they were very helpful and they have a ton of rvs and campers coming and going all the time , highly recommended and very nice folks I would go back here anytime.

Update: was a little concerned at first but definitely was impressed when I picked my camper. As I expected there were a few minor issues, a lightbulb here and there.. Minor stuff youd expect with a used camper. What sold me was how they handled larger problems. Its easy to meet peoples expectations when everything goes well. Harder when problems arise. The owner made every effort to meet my expectations and I feel confident that I purchased a used camper my family will enjoy for years to come. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them. You just have to be understanding and patient with their process. The five star rating is well deserved and definitely earned. Buying a used RV from them right now and this review will change as we go. I had to put down a $500 deposit which is contingent on everything working. The owner stated Its a $500 deposit. Ill send you videos of everything working. If everything is working, the deposit is non-refundable because I have to pay the guy to come look it over. That sounded reasonable, if everything works, I am locked in. If things dont work then I am off the hook. Thats good business and I found that to be a fair deal so I accepted. I received three videos. On one of the videos, the trailer tester shows the Right/Stop not functioning. No explanation as to why. I asked and am awaiting a response. My assumption is theyll fix whatever the issue is, probably a bulb or some wiring issue and were going to be pretty happy campers because Everything up to this point has been a positive experience.

What can I say! These People are SO Kind, helpful, honest and make sure you are treated with the upmost respect, even when you know NOTHING about Travel Trailers. That was us. We have been searching for months for a travel trailer. Went to all the "BIG NAMES." They looked at us like yesterday's breakfast. Couldn't wait to move on to the next customer. Frankly We were getting frustrated and discouraged! I have come across RG and Sons while scoping out craiglist posts before and had been watching, but figured it was the last resort. SHOULD HAVE BEEN THE FIRST PLACE WE WENT! it would have been so much more pleasant! From the moment we contacted them they were helpful. To purchasing.. not knowing what to buy as far as hitch and such. Ryan walked us through it all and with a kind smile and friendly voice. And Missy helping us out with the paperwork! Everything that needed fixing was done by Paul when we picked it up w/ my Friend Scott helped with hitch to make sure it set right! It was even detailed by a lovely lady:) Can't forget the friendly Ruby who is always waiting around for a pet on her head! We live on the Seacoast and it is almost an hour and 1/2 drive.. IT IS WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give 100 star I would! I am glad I could support a family owned business anyway! Thank you to RG and sons for taking a couple of greenhorns and getting us set up to travel the road ... ROCK AND ROLL NOMADS are heading out next week for a fulltiming adventure! GOD BLESS YOU!
