Communication wasn't very updated. Partly due to email lag, but I can receive texts, which I had made very clear. And that, with my job, that was better for me. Also, the manager answered the phone during a personal crisis, and was immediately rude before I could even say anything. I remained calm, however, I only did so, for my mother's sake. She used them previously for her replacement windows & was pleased. The dumpster was left a week after the roof was completed. Part was due to the big wind storm/schedule, part was because they left their tool truck infront of the dumpster, making it impossible to move when the dumpster company came to get it the first time. I had to call during the storm because they hadn't put heavy stuff on top and had things blowing out ofnthe dumpster, while I was at work. They did come relatively fast to secure, which I was grateful for. The pluses were the speed the roof was replaced, and the cleanup was done well enough. Again, I think part of the siding stuff that was in the yard was probably due to the storm. The roofing debris was extended well cleaned up. Also, their workers left chicken bones in my yard from lunch. (I know this because i had seen them sitting there eating the chicken). They did pick up most of their personal trash, but not the bones, & a few pcs here and there that I had to pick up. They did replace a screen that had been torn during the siding replacing. Easy to do with the siding, and was hassle-free. The owner, Mike, was much more friendly & personable. Have been waiting for an apology since (from the manager). Probably won't get one. But rudeness will not be tolerated or rewarded. If you're the voice of the company, you need to do better. Yes I made them.aware of how that made me feel. Mike did go above and beyond though. Walked around with me to address concerns a couple of times. Hopefully, time will tell the quality of the job. The tiles are a bit "lumpy" due to the tar not being able to get hot enough to settle the tiles down, so I was told. I'll be contacting Mike if it's not better by June. I'll try to remember to follow up a d see if I want to change my rating.

Had 2 windows installed in 2021. Amazing service and very happy with the installation. One of my windows was broken recently and have tried to reach them by email and phone. No response. Finally after several calls, the woman answered the phone and she was about as rude as I have experienced with a business. Was a simple question to see if they were able to do a dash replacement. She lit into me about something completely unrelated to me. Said she already talked to some woman twice about my issue yet I am the only one that has been emailing and calling for help. Whomever she explained this to had nothing to do with my broken glass and obviously the first time Ive heard that they cannot get replacement for those windows. I explained to her that this was the first time Ive heard this and she is annoyed with me for something completely unrelated. She went on to say that she would explain this to me one more time that she cannot help. I can promise that she will never have the opportunity to help me again. Maybe you can work with someone else have have a much more pleasant experience but sounds like this is nothing new. Extremely rude and disrespectful.
