Fraudulent activity at this company, wish I had time to chase after $328 in small claims court. They are scamming their customers, essentially delaying and or ignoring any refunds DUE to CUSTOMERS so WE are the ones that finance their poor cash flow situation. Violating the agreed upon terms and conditions to do this to their customers is known as fraud. Buy at your own risk. 11/3 - purchase 11/8 - return authorization 11/13 - proof of return delivery 12/3 - reached out to company asking about the refund. Response was "We process refunds once a month and will send you an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed." 2/12/24 - 5 subsequent emails and 1 voicemail later, I still have nothing. At least if I had kept the shoes I could resell them or donate them to charity.

Something seems to have happened at Rancourt. Their customer service no longer exists. The phone number on their website does not reach anyone. Customer service email is a void. I returned a pair of shoes in November and have not been refunded. The last email contact I had was Dec 11. I was told they 'only process returns once a month'. 3 months later and they have completely ghosted me.

I purchased a custom pair of loafers 11/1 and paid in full. I was told they would ship 1/26 . No shoes delivered, I have been trying to call for the last week. No return calls or emails. Is this company legitimate . I hope not scammed

I order a pair of the Camden Derby - Black Chromexcel. I did receive the shoes. The shoes did look well made, but one shoe was a size 8.5 the other shoe was a size 9. I initiated a return request My return request for the order was processed and delivered successfully by UPS on December 12, 2023 (50 days ago). Over the last month Ive sent at least 4 email to customer service asking that Rancourt acknowledge receiving the shoes and would be processing my refund. Ive never heard back from them. No one answers the phone at the contact number posted on their website.
