PROS: My girlfriend has rented with these folks for many years now, each time she needs a repair done to the apartment they are fast to come help! They have also been quite humane about handling times when income is low and rent might be late. Apartments are mostly up to date One unit i know if has water, trash, plowing, sewer, Cable t.v, heat include, 2 beds and 1.5 baths, and its around $1,100 (June 2020). Staff mostly available round the clock CONS: Could use another dumpster BE CAREFUL IF YOU WALK YOUR KIDS in this neighborhood (The Bluffs) some folks here really take the "45 MPH on any unposted road" to heart and I've had quite a few close calls getting groceries out if my trunk, the cars FLY thru here and its exactly 2 car widths between parking spaces in close residential. My daughters are not allowed outside near the parking lot for awful and likely fears. NEEDS overflow parking, in the winter they will expect your vehicle to be moved for several hours for snow removal (as is normal and should be expected) - however they will suggest you park it on the street, THIS WILL GET YOU TOWED, you need to park across town or at a friends house while they plow. (another note on parking most places have only 1 spot at the home, another to share down the sidewalk). At my specific location, internet wont work, something wrong with the wires in the apartment, paid for 7 months and never could use it for more than 3 or 4 minutes at a time, finally i using wireless hotspot on my cell phone its the only way now. OVERALL: This is a good company to rent from, I would recommend renting from them especially if you are not one to balance a ton of little bills, they send you one bill that covers almost everything, you will need to cover your power. Compassionate, not only seeking wealth but also cares about the humans living in the buildings! This is refreshing these days! Would be much nicer with overflow parking for winter storm cleanup, 200 cars on one parking banned street is not a good option or safe. Would also truly benefit from several speed humps, and i MEAN BIG ONES. OVERALL A GOOD COMPANY, WORKING HARD AND DOING THEIR BEST TO BE HONEST, HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL, I WOULD RENT HERE, LONG TERM OR SHORT TERM. 4/5 stars
