I ordered propane on 4/1 and was told it would be delivered by 4/8. It is now 4/10 and has not been delivered.

Driver was pleasant and replete with pertinent information. Showed up as scheduled.

Terrible company, will charge you for items that never happened. In my case they charged me for an install they never completed then when I was finally able to get a hold of customer service instead of refunding me the 800 dollars they just credited my account. They will lull you in with propane in the mid 2 dollar range then a year later double the cost, my last bill was 4.339 a gallon plus 25 dollar delivery! They don't care about you only about stealing money. If we could petition any business to not have a right to operate in Maine this one should be top priority. Stay away at all cost. HORRIBLE.worst part is, any response to this review will just be from another bot from India. Again, DO NOT USE AMERIGAS.

My husband tried ordering propane 4 weeks ago and he was instructed to order it online. He went online and because we werent below 25% yet it wouldnt allow him to. Fast forward to this week when we had a major storm and lost power and were running off a generator for 2 days he called again to order propane because now we were going to run out. He was hung up on twice and was never called back, and was on hold for a total of 3 hours between all 3 attempts. When he finally spoke to someone they informed him he would need to pay a $300 expedited fee (even though he had attempted to order propane sooner and they would not allow him to). He asked 3 times to speak to a manager and was unable to. He finally paid the fee because we were at risk of running out of propane with the power outage, only for them to never show up at all. It has now been more than 2 days when they said it would be within 24 hours and still no propane. We are extremely frustrated with this unreliable company and its poor customer service.
