I called to have my son's prescription refilled, was told Sunday. I called because he had run out and needs this medicine as it keeps him alive and healthy. When I told them this it was well it won't be done until Thursday despite the fact that he is out of medicine. I was told I could pay $1200.00 for his medicine or not have any. I don't have that kind of money laying around. I now have to take my son to the emergency room for treatment. This is not the first time this has happened. It's against the Hippocratic oath and is definitely not patient care. I will be transferring my son's medicines away from such uncaring people. Also telling the store manager was useless, all he did was smile and shrug. Not professional or caring across the board with this place. Avoid it at all costs. Would give it negative stars if I could.

We got a phone call on Saturday saying my grandma medications were filled. I went in for them and they weren’t ready and they could do it in a couple hours. I said I would just get them tomorrow. 96 hours later going in once a day and it still isn’t filled. So don’t go here if you actually want your prescriptions

Incompetent staff, lied to me about sending prior auths to my insurance company when they were never actually sent (which the pharmacist admitted to). Poor execution, never ready on time. Always an excuse about staffing but never takes steps to fix their issues.

Great store overall, friendly employees. Great produce section really fresh goods, great selection of meats and seafood. Store is always clean. The pharmacy is quick and efficient. Their precooked meals are really tasty and well priced.
