    Been trying to call for weeks to add a building to our existing policy. 3 separate messages left, 3 separate weeks, no return call ever! Called the bureau of insurance today to make a complaint, filling out the forms and sending it in! Such a shame! Very poor customer service! We now have to purchase a new policy elsewhere and wait for this one to expire to change agents! Mr Casey- You have caused a lot of work and a lot of money! May God bring to you what you deserve!

    I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. There are seldom actual people in the office to man the phones, and those who are there are often untrained and cannot help. Mr. Brougham is almost never in the office, and if you want to speak with him directly, he only comes into the office from 3-4 or so. Essentially, this means if you want service with the Brougham Agency, you have a one-hour window daily to do so. I have no idea why he does not train his staff, who are friendly, but incapable of any active help. I will be changing agencies very shortly!!

    I have NEVER had such poor customer service with any type of company! Calls are just ignored, tried to get a return call for the last 2 weeks. I resolved my issue by changing to another agent who was very helpful (Jaimie at the Cross Agency in Bangor).

    Very disappointing in nationwide customer services, I helped my son get ins on line but after he talked to someone to set his ins they told him he had to add everyone in the house hold on his ins plan regardless if they drove his car or not but they did not give him a choice Even though other family members all ready have their own ins and vehicles, but I didn't realize that family wasn't taken off his ins now my lost his job I was trying to help with his ins only find out he's getting over charged will not take family off until bill paid in full even though family should not be on his ins they will only take 96 of on the next month bill very disappointed nationwide your company has acted wrongfully and very much like a big bully over powering a younger man who didn't know that he had any idea other options your company should be very shamfull so discouraged own up to your mistakes and treat all people with any disability an just anyone with respect!
