Great experience with this company. One heat pump took 2.5 hours from start to finish, nothing to clean or pickup after, and they gave me a brief tutorial on the controls. Payment was easy through their emails and started saving money right away. Thanks again for a job well done

We took our time before choosing this company for our heat pump installation. Every step of the way through the process was great. The owner, Cam, gave us lots of good info when planning the install. Communications were consistently good through the whole process. The installers, Frankie and Tucker, were personable, respectful, efficient and very helpful throughout the install. Cam met with us afterwards to inspect the job site and go through the whole system to make sure we knew how to operate it and understand it. He even downloaded the app on my phone and showed me how to use it. We are very happy with the service from Heat Pumps of Maine in this day when it's so hard to find reliable contractors and highly recommend them.
