I've worked for 3 different financial institutions in this state and been a customer of more. This is by far the worst place to do business. Zero effort to serve customers. Zero care about whether their ATMs are down. And do not be in a hurry. You could be the next person in line inside or the drive thru, and you will still wait 20 minutes.

The customer service in this Credit Union is absolutely atrocious. The lack or correspondence and communication in the loan and collections department is unacceptable and unprofessional. I had some issues with my truck payment and after 3 weeks of trying to reach out via phone calls with multiple emails and voicemails I still have yet to get any sort of acknowledgment. I even sent emails expressing my disappointment even to the President/CEO of Dirigo and havent heard a thing back. And to think I was going to open my new business accounts with this Credit Union. Ive already started the process of switching to a new institution with both personal and business accounts because the lack of professionalism in this Credit Union is mind-blowing. They clearly dont have their clients needs and interests in mind.
