Catered a lunch for 50 people. Absolutely seamless. Everyone was happy. Carl was flexible with the menu and delivered scrumptious food without a hiccup. Weeks later, people are still talking about how good the lunch was.

Carl did our wedding reception of 110: he was super easy to work with and even made the wedding cake. Our guests raved about the foods we served. Thanks Carl! Beef tenderloin on French bread with Boursin Wild mushroom crostini with fresh thyme and Fontina Vegetable dumplings with a Sherry, tamari and scallion dipping sauce Roast chicken roulade with spinach, oregano and Feta Black bean and roasted corn cakes with cilantro pesto Swordfish skewers with saffron and lime Pan seared salmon with roasted red pepper sauce Grilled vegetables with balsamic and extra virgin olive oil Roasted corn salad with edamame, black beans, orzo, grape tomatoes and basil Rolls and focaccia Wedding cake- Chocolate layers with mocha ganache and buttercream
