My wife and I have been renting vacation properties from the Motes family since 1978 when we discovered the Sand Dollar motel in our search for somewhere to stay near the beach for a few days fall vacation and the rest is history Goose Rocks Beach became the destination of our dreams and year after year we faithfully returned to its pristine shores, first as a couple, then as a family of five and finally as senior citizens. Over the years we have established a wonderful relationship with Heather Motes, the current owner of the Sand Dollar Real Estate Agency who has gone out of her way time and time again to find us a property that meets our needs even when our preferred vacation property was not available. She is always accessible and responsive to our needs and extremely prompt at answering our emails and telephone enquiries. The rental properties are always impeccably maintained, and the service provided by Heather and her team is exemplary.
