Solari Property Care did a lawn overhaul including new loam and seeding on a large portion of lawn at my mother's home, including setting up a watering system (part of the price of the job). The lawn came in well. Over the winter several large tree limbs fell and dug up some of the new grass. This fall Solari returned to reseed and set up the watering system again and that project is coming along well. Brandon also stopped by to trouble shoot a problem with the digital watering timer which was appreciated. My mother is pleased with how everything is coming in. Stay away from this company. Brandon came by for a quote to replace my front steps back in May. I have yet to receive the quote and have contacted them via phone/email/text. Up until middle of August, the receptionist would just tell me she had not heard from Brandon yet. Now they are completely ignoring my calls and emails. Typical Southern Maine Hardscaping company..no one wants to work in this state.
