Dr. Hill is extremely kind, compassionate, and respectful. I am thankful that we were able to keep our sweet beautiful dog comfortable until we were able to let her go gently in the comfort of her home with her family here.

My little one, Jada, had been battling kidney disease for quite some time and really started to go downhill fast. My experience with Dr. Hill and her staff was the best I could have imagined given the sad and somewhat sudden circumstances. Dr. Hill is so unbelievably knowledgeable and informative and her staff is so patient and helpful. They made this process way less difficult. She helped me prepare for every step and explained everything in depth so I knew what was coming. Dr. Hill also handled Jada with care and compassion and helped me whenever I was struggling. She even helped me get a paw print to keep forever. I am so grateful for Haven making this experience as peaceful as possible. Highly recommend.

We came to the hardest decision that we had to put our fur baby down. He had no quality of life left, he wanted to walk, play ball and be everywhere we were, but at the age of 15 he could no longer do anything. WE postponed it as long as we could because we didn't want to have to make that final decision. to end his life. We finally called Dr. Hill for an assessment of what she thought of Sherman. .....she watched him and saw how restless he was and seeing how many issues he had. Her recommendation was .... if we were comfortable with it, it would be the right thing to do for him, deep down we knew it too. She explained everything thoroughly.and asked if we were ready. It was like he knew ....he was so calm as she administered the first shot and encouraged us to talk to him a he fell into tranquil setting. She then did the next two procedures and he peacefully moved into the next phase to the end. She was so compassionate , kind and understanding. He went peaceful and was finally free of pain. She then transferred him onto a cot and covered him with a blanket. My husband and her transported him out to her car, where she assured us he wouldn't leave her side , as cremation is done on site. I was crying as we said our goodbyes .... she then said how sorry she was too! Dr. Hill had tears in her eyes too We just received him home today in a box with is name card and a booklet. I couldn't recommend her enough if your in the situation especially ifthere's nothing left to do.for your pet. Thank you Dr. Hill , you've made it a bit easier, but we sure do miss Sherman Thank you so much, we will absolutely recommend you best Joe & Cathy
