My doctor called out and I guess they decided not to let me know? I took the day off with a month of planning for this appointment. Was told they cant get me back in for a month.

Second poor experience... at least the last doctor did what has been the norm. Now I get an NP that refuses. Time to head back to Dermatology Associates in Portland.

Awful practice. Waited nearly 9 months to even have an appointment for my infant son. The day finally came, we were the first appointment of the day and still had to wait over an hour in the waiting room until we were seen! Once we finally got in a room, the doctor came in for about 10 minutes, barely looked at the problem and told us to keep doing the skin care treatment that we were doing even though it is clearly NOT working and weve exhausted almost all over the counter options. My INFANT is constantly scratching because he is uncomfortable, my heart is breaking for him, and the doctor did not seem to care. Utterly useless. We will be seeking out other offices. Avoid this place at all costs. If I could give a 0 star rating, I absolutely would.
