While on vacation in another state this summer, we saw a rare listing come up in our target neighborhood. We knew the house would sell before we could see it for ourselves, so a friend referred us to Erin. We are so happy he did! We did not know Erin at all, but she dropped everything immediately to make sure we had a shot at purchasing the house - even though we were hundreds of miles away and couldnt really be part of the process. She was extremely attentive, visited the house multiple times, spoke with the listing agent at the OH, and took detailed videos that made me feel like I was right there with her! We were on the same page with Erin from the get go. She is extraordinarily easy to work with and a great negotiator. No question, we benefited from her expertise, professionalism, and passion!
