Diane Lamprey went above and beyond for us as first-time homebuyers- such an amazing and kind personality with extensive knowledge of the homebuying process (most especially the offer/negotiation stage-which imo, is the MOST important!). We were first-time homebuyers, and the first weekend we looked at houses, we had a list of Wants/Needs/Dealbreakers, but were not entirely sure which areas/house types 'fit' us best. Diane showed us a wide variety of houses, from new construction to rehabs to rural to urban settings, and also gave us the honest pros/cons of each property, while being flexible with our work schedules (I worked out of state most of the week during the process). I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Diane Lamprey. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about the home buying process. I met with a couple of realtors before Diane ,but I knew instantly that she was the one for me. She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way. Diane is absolutely wonderful to work with. Its like having a friend on the inside that is working for you. She really cares about her clients !

My wife and I went through Jaclyn Bousquet, she was very helpful and really added a personal touch to the experience. Even to go so far as to paint a water color painting of our new home (with our two dogs out front!) We've gone through other realtors for past homes but Jaclyn is by far the best one. My wife and I Can't recommend her enough!
