Gerding Heating and Air Conditioning

What a great experience working with Dave and his crew. They put in a new oil fired furnace/burner. When I had questions, they always answered the phone/text or called back within the hour. Good equipment, good service.

Fantastic experience with Gerding Heating and Air Conditioning! Dave is very responsive, is professional and can be counted on. He expertly installed two minipumps and when there was a problem a year later, he took care of it quickly. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend David and his team. I have no affiliation with them and did my own research of 10+ companies across South Maine and the Valley - they were my top choice and they did not disappoint. They worked professionally, quickly, were responsive to all of my questions, and clearly explained each step of the process along the way. The finished products look (and work) great: new efficient furnace and duct system for main house, and heat pump for small secondary structure. I will absolutely hire Gerding Heat & AC when needed in the future, they are fantastic.

David did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to work with every step of the way from quoting to installing to start up. He and his team were amazing at communicating arrivals and every other aspect of this project. They were even great at putting up with my curious dog and child whenever on-site. I look forward to working with them long into the future while updating this Ol House! just look how clean of an install it is, such an upgrade! Couldnt be happier!

David just switched me out to a new hybrid heat pump water heater. Great job, came back for some follow up work, finished everything up nice, brought him on as my new oil burner tech for the furnace, would recommend without hesitation. Services: Heating system repair, Heating system installation
