John Libby Construction

When we decided to have a new home built by John Libby Construction, we never imagined how wonderful John and his team would be to work with. Our home is more beautiful and perfectly designed for us than we dreamed it would be. They were professional, very knowledgeable, skilled, and patient (this is the first time we have built a home). The attention to detail and the craftsmanship shows throughout the house. John and his team were easy to work with as we navigated through the process. We made a few upgrades, we asked lots of questions along the way, and we made a few add ons. John and his team were friendly, extremely patient and helpful, and importantly to us, responsive. We would highly recommend John Libby Construction to anyone considering having a home built in Maine. If we ever build again, we will definitely use John Libby Construction.

We hired them to make plans for an addition. We absolutely LOVE the plans. The problem is we gave them a budget and our plans have come back at 2.5x that budget. Even more frustrating is when we approached them with our concerns their answer was for us to spend more money for them to change the plans. Im very frustrated with my experience and feel they lack customer service.
