Northern Light Mercy Laboratory

I would recommend this lab, especially if you are already a Northern Light patient. I have had the same women draw my blood every time I have gone & she is awesome! I have small veins (Places have always used only the butterfly childrens small needles) so I usually had lots of bruising & discomfort at the draw site after. I have had the majority of the labs/hospitals I have received blood draws at, poke right through my veins, which I know can happen. I have never had that problem when I have come here. I am not sure why, but I definitely appreciate her technique. I have also not had any problems with wait times for the lab & I have not experienced any issues with lab orders being not received. There was only one time that there was a was a question as my orders, & it was resolved within 15 minutes. There was no hassle on my end other than a little bit of a wait & once it was straightened out, the service was quick & painless.

It took 5 days to receive a fax. I ended up hand carrying in lab request. Don't waste your time S
