        I have tried many different things to reduce stress and manage my anxiety. I have to say that reflexology was the link that I was missing and Ramona is the person to go to! Her calm demeanor, cozy space, and knowledge of what areas to focus on have helped me tremendously. I plan to continue with my sessions for months to come. I recently found out that I can use my Health Savings Account to pay for our sessions which makes it guilt free and affordable!
