Coveside Bed & Breakfast

My husband and I stayed a couple weeks back, we enjoy a weekend away from our three growing boys and splurge on a nice weekend. We have stayed at several B& B's and this one didn't meet our expectations. We booked a room in the suite and their were no amenities (fridge, microwave, TV) it did have a spa tub but as you can see in the photo this is exactly how it looked both times I filled it. The common area did have a fridge and TV but there is no microwave for guests. Breakfast was good but nothing extraordinary like we are used to and that may be due to it being the quiet season. Bob was very friendly and helpful and the quick drive to Reid State Park for a walk on the beach made it all worth it.

An absolute gem! My husband and I spent two nights here on our trip up the midcoast of Maine and this was far and away our favorite place we stayed. The view from our room was incomparable and the breakfasts were divine. The innkeeper is a gracious host and made sure our stay was positively lovely. I highly recommend Coveside!

The B&B itself is very comfortable, clean and located in a quiet place right on the coast. The innkeeper, Bob, is friendly and makes an amazing breakfast. Great jumping off point to explore coastal or interior Maine. Make sure you make some time to simply sit with a drink of your choice in the Adirondack chairs down the hill. Would definitely return to Coveside if we ever go back to Maine.

Bob was very welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the start. It's a very warm and cozy place. Overlooking the cove just made the stay more relaxing and stress free. We looked forward to being served breakfast every morning which was delicious! I, personally looked forward to his presentation of the tables every morning. Always so bright and cheerful!!! Great location. I'm thinking it's a must for next year. Mike and Cindy
