        I went to the store to ask about purchasing a wood stove insert and having it installed. The man in the store seemed nice and interested, but when I emailed the measurements and photos to him several days later, he ghosted me. So I sent a followup email and filled out their "Contact Us" form on their website and even with Over a month of requests, they've completely ghosted me. They obviously don't need my business. But they could have at least given me the courtesy of a reply to any of my attempts to reach them.

        Called them for months to get a callback for repair on the Harman pellet stove purchased from Northern Lights. Every time I call, they say I will get a callback for scheduling. It never happens. Terrible customer service.

        Over priced 4900 bucks for a pellet stove that does 2500 Sq ft. Go to tractor supply and buy one for 1300 bucks that does 2500 Sq ft.

      Hi Jeff,We apologize for not getting back to you sooner. That has not been our intention. We have been short staffed with technicians, causing office management to be on the road, as well. Being our extremely busy time of year, and having this problem, we haven't been able to get back to some of our customers as quickly as we would like. If you still want to pursue doing business with us, and are able to wait just a little bit longer, we will get to your estimate. Again, our apologies and hope you can understand.

      Steph, Sorry that you did not have a positive experience. I do feel that we fully explained why we were not able to assist you. You have a consumer direct e-bike that is no longer in business that requires an electric component specific to that bike. We explained that we stock only e-bike parts for the brands of e-bikes that we sell. This is a common practice for most local bike shops. We are sympathetic to your situation, and expressed as much when you were in the shop, but are unfortunately unable to assist. Your frustration with your situation would be better placed with the e-bike company, not with us.
