This location has lost my business. I had been using them since moving to the area and let the fact that I often needed to call them to get updates on my vehicle slide.
The final straw was my most recent visit for a simple coolant leak. They told me they couldn't find the part, and would not be able to work on the vehicle.
When I picked up the van, I asked if they could tell me what the part was they could not find so I could source it myself. They could not. I asked if they took a picture of it for me to use. They did not. I asked if they could show me on the vehicle where the broken piece was and they refused.
To be honest, I am not sure they even tried to look for the piece.
All told, I wound up finding the piece myself after and it was a common $12 part at VIP just down the road.
I was without my vehicle for a week and had to take half a day off work to do the work myself.

Our staff did look into the parts to repair the vehicle, there were none available aftermarket or through Ford direct. We did explain where the leak was, and how to repair it if the part was found. Our apologies you were not satisfied with the service. Thank you.

Can't get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time, even with their costly 'peace of mind' tire coverage. My husband's tire got a nail in it and he needed his car for daily medical treatments. They couldn't give us a time within 3 to 4 days to get it plugged and argued with us, making excuses for their lack of staff. We took it elsewhere and they fixed it in 10 minutes. After decades of using them I'm done. They tout they take care of their customers, so not true.
