I would have left asuggestion in the auggestion box but there were neither cards nor writing instruments (nice touch). We waited 1.5 hours for a scheduled appointment without any effort to update us that the doctor was "delayed in surgery" until I pressed them for a status. Zero patient relations effort. Overcrowded waiting room based on backlog. One call and we could have delayed our arrival. The complete indifference to patient best interests is pretty staggering. Office staff looked annoyed when I asked for status.
