I have been very pleased with Statewide's services. Steve, Wayne and Pat have been great to work with over the last two years, from executing lease agreements to ongoing property maintenance. They are very professional, responsive, and keep all parties well-informed.

A very professional team, snowplowing always done on time in the winter and good security for our building. Jen in the office is very professional and relayed my maintenance issues quickly and efficiently. They have a good team!

Terrible property management company. Not only did they never fix anything we brought to there attention. We had no water for 4 days and had to call the city to get them to send someone out. My rent was paid on time every single month for 4 years and they treated us like we were the red headed step child nobody likes. I will not recommend this company to anyone and I sure as hell will never rent from this management company again. And they knew what needed to be done as one of there maintenence members walked through our trailer 3 times noting stuff down and never came to fix anything. If I could give them a 0 star I would
