I have been a customer for about 20 years and I've never not paid my bill. I notice my barrel was low on fuel, very low. I called and apparently I had a $125 ..and it was 30 days overdue ,which I paid and they wouldn't deliver to me yesterday and.and they're not delivering to me today and I'm running on fumes but they said it's okay to call somebody in the middle of the night when I run out and get service call.

NO stars, bottom of the barrel company from top to bottom.. Delivery: no issues. Service: inept, dishonest, disorganized, zero communication skills, horrid all around. A complete fiasco trying to get my propane serviced. 3 months of ineptitude and they finally broke it altogether leaving me without a heat backup, consequently leaving my house without heat during the Christmas stretch without power (7 days) which resulted in damages. They Routinely alter labor times and lie when called out for it with video proof! . AVOID THESE LIARS AND THIEVES unless all you need is a delivery and your seriously desperate. This Company location needs new management, new technicians and new phone representatives, its a disgrace. Service: Heating system repair

From the very start of my journey with changing to RHF, Jackie made me feel at ease with my million questions. She went above and beyond to explain every detail for me. The 2 guys ( didnt catch their names)who came and installed my new tank were AWESOME! Very professional and I was very impressed with their knowledge and efficiency. Thank you RHF!
