Trenton Health Center

I have to say that over the years I have had good and bad things to say about Trenton Health Center, and some of it's "providers." Once they got rid of an awesome provider it was all down hill for me. But I had a heart attack and after I got 2 stents put in I got shingles. The pain was excruciating. After one week of pain meds I called and asked for one more week (it was a Friday) as the pain was severe and (at request) the pain meds were lowest dosage, but helped to take the edge off. The "provider" never got back to me ON A FRIDAY and I went through the entire weekend in a LOT of pain. This is a HUGE FAIL! I am going back to PCHC where I never had issues with my providers or communicating with them.

New patient that didn't make it to the second appointment. I'm fifty-seven years old and this was absolutely the worst doctor/staff experience I've ever had. Totally lost all confidence when after 5 or 6 calls over the past week to sort out a prescription problem failed to produce anything more than complete frustration and loss of trust and confidence. If they can't get this one simple problem resolved how can they be trusted with my health care? No thanks
