These guys worked with us to find the right fireplace for our home. The service was quick, professional, and friendly. No need to go anywhere else and they have a better quantity of inventory compared to their competitors.

Well we just tried to return a defective tube of Perkins brand fireplace cement that was hardened in the tube. The manager couldn't even get it to come out after telling my husband his hands weren't strong enough stating it was not defective. No refunds!  They were too busy selling wood stoves to folks who now desperately need them.  Buyer beware...do not expect any customer service after you buy your stove!   There is a defective tube of cement left in their trash can though!

We had a sceduled service. NO TECHNICIAN ARRIVED. WE RE-SCHEDILED APPOINTMENT and NO techinician arrived on the rescheduled appointment. We called Evergreen after 2nd scheduled appointment where technician failed to arrive. The call went into voicemail. NO return call. I would NOT recommend. I wouldn't even give this company one star but I did.  BTW, for the first service call, I waited 2 months and called and emailed them to confirm. There is NO customer service at EVERGREEN.

The staff is professional and knows exactly what you need to make your fireplace work and look its best. These guys take good care of us and know their products well. They will see to it that the purchase you make is the best fit for your needs.

Very honest workers and attentive. They tried to help us as much as possible and we're beyond knowledgeable about their trade. Would recommend anyone to these guys.
