        I have to say, pretty disappointed I only go twice a year for a haircut so you want it to be a special experience, and this time we felt as we were rushed we didnt get what the deep conditioning treatment the appointment was for, and I had to blow dry my daughters hair while my hairdresser watched me and took a seat the whole experience was unsatisfactory and we wont be returning.

Unfortunately, given your late arrival for your appointments, our resources were limited as to what services we could fulfill within the shortened timeframe. We are appointment based and have to run on a strict schedule to accommodate everyone, I hope you can understand.
