Matt and his team were great! Super responsive, professional, and got the job done quickly. In the course of the repairs, something came up that might have increased the scope of the project - he brought this up and advised us on what he'd personally do, which ended up being the cheaper option! Can't recommend him enough.

We hired Osprey Property Management to do a renovation in our living room and were impressed by the work on every level. Matt and Kelley were prompt, responsive and super communicative through the entire process. Not to mention they were a pleasure to have around. We have a 200 year old antique home and needless to say, there were some surprises and quirks along the way. Matt and Kelley handled it all with a good attitude and creativity. We look forward to working with them in the future... Cannot recommend enough!

We worked with Osprey recently on a project at our new house... we needed to update two bathrooms and they did not disappoint. From helping to pick out what fixtures would fit best, to ensuring every finish detail was perfect, Matt and Kelley were the dream team. Nobody works harder, its really impressive. Its an old house, and we ran into a couple small kinks along the way, but one of their greatest strengths was finding creative solutions to overcome the hiccups that we encountered. Highly recommend!
