Although having to visit a cable store is never a pleasant experience ( usually you are replacing or upgrading a device ), the staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I was not impressed with the customer service representatives effort to up-sell my existing services but I guess that's what they get paid to do. The time spent in the showroom/office took longer than it should have so rather than wasting time offering additional services I don't want or need, maybe just resolve my single issue....which they did. Hopefully I won't need to return any time soon.

The guy and the front desk was very helpful. I needed some rocks for a project and for my collection, they were able to cover all my hearty needs. This place is dwelled perfectly near my neighborhood in Gray. I would come again in a heartbeat. I came here after a soccer game, I was sweaty and tired after cheering. They didnt care. Such nice people and would totally recommend this to rock collectors and builders
