        Jim & his team are absolutely horrible at landscaping and other related job. He was hired at my property to maintain the yard and landscaping for the summer. After being contracted for that job, we happened to mention at some point that we planned to build a parking lot on the property. Jim jumped on top of this and proclaimed that he could build us a great parking lot. What we ended up with is a pit of gravel, with stumps sticking out of it. Will attach photos of the horrible job done. They then took all of their equipment, excavator, etc off the property & stated that the job was done while it is still completely impossible to park in the parking lot they were hired to build. Also they’ve only ever cut the grass 2 times since being contracted to maintain the property for the whole summer. $4,500 invoice for a completely unfinished and useless parking lot.
