Lisa was a life changer for our daughter! Over the course of one summer, our struggling reader became competent, and confident in her reading abilities and best of all she started to enjoy reading! I cant say enough about how personable and professional Lisa was while learning about our daughters interests, strengths and challenges. Once assessed she quickly used that information to design and oversee a program that truly addressed our daughters needs. Our daughter felt seen, heard, and understood (a real gift to her and to us).
It is without hesitation that I recommend Lisa.

With Lisa's expertise and optimistic approach, my daughter learned to read and understand her learning disability. And then came Jake with his creativity, compassion, and ability to partner with his student. My daughter's confidence, writing skills, and executive functioning blossomed. Because of her work with Lisa and Jake, my daughter has deepened her love of literature and maintained her goal to be a published writer.
