In general my experience with UPS has been very positive. Couple of years ago they managed to misplace my passport while I was in Canada and I had a heck of a time but mistakes happen. Overall, they run a sound business and deliver repeatedly on time with a smile. FedEx is a fine competitor as well, but over the years it's been the boys and brown who get the job done for most American businesses.
