        Ordered a pizza & wings to be delivered( B.H uses Door dash for delivery). Pizza was burnt and gross. Was told I'd have to get a refund through Door dash who I do not have the app for or they could make me a new one but I'd have to come get it. I just wanted a partial refund through Brickyard. Not impressed with this Inconsistency and will not order again.

        Ordered two gluten free pizzas to pick up. Called before picking up to confirm the pizzas were to be gluten free. When I arrived and paid, found that one of the pizzas was not gluten free. After talking to the staff, they agreed to provide a second gluten free pizza and charge us for only one pizza. When we got home with the two gluten free pizzas, we found that they hadn't given us the pizzas we ordered and had charged us a 33% "tip".

        Loved the gluten free options here at Brickyard hollow, makes me feel welcome. Service is extraordinary and getting better every time I eat at Brickyard Hollow!! The TVs in the dining room complete the atmosphere, and the music is on point! Love bringing my family here to eat delicious inexpensive meals at BYH.

      Hi Pete, I am sorry you had a bad delivery experience with us. Can you please email me at [email protected] with your order details (Name, Email, Phone number, Date/Time of order, Order total) so I can confirm if the order was placed with us directly? If it was, I would be happy to make this right as soon as possible.Unfortunately when customers order through DoorDash, we lose a lot of control of the refund process (among other things) because the orders are paid for via the DD app and the money does not get to us for a few a weeks. Sometimes DD can be a little sneaky and jump in as the ordering platform without folks placing the order even realizing. This is something we are trying to keep from happening across all Brickyard locations, but is taking some time (as you can imagine, DD can be tough to get a hold of). The best way to ensure you are always ordering from us directly is to visit our site at https://brickyardhollow.com/locations-menus/ and chose your prefered location there.Again, I am sorry for the overall poor experience, and will do whatever I can to remedy it. I will be on the look out for your email.
