F45 Training Brunswick ME

Best gym ever, best trainers ever! I wasnt a fan of gyms so much before I went to this place, Id rather be running outside but I wanted to try something different for winter and found that this place was about to open in town with CrossFit, well, Im glad I did! Ive never done CrossFit before but thiss been an amazing journey and definitely Life Changing like their slogan says, the trainers are the best (I love you Alison) and theyll always tell you how to improve your postures and encourage you to do better all the time. My physical condition has improve so much that I can be more thankful with them. They have good music with every training, snacks & drinks available on site, endless gym towels, showers completely equipped if you need to jump to work right after (even have hair tights ). What else could you ask for? Simply the best.

F45 is an amazing fitness place. I needed a place to keep me accountable, keep me motivated, and excited to keep coming back. They keep their workouts new and interesting every week and the coaches are right there with you working out with you pushing you forward. I can't say enough about what this place has done for me both physically and mentally .

Im so thankful for the opening of F45 in our town. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, challenging and personable. Ive been attending classes regularly since opening day. Everyday the classes are different. Whether its cardio, strength training, hybrid classes you will never have the same workout. I look forward to leaving there sweaty, red faced and with a smile on on a daily basis. Not to mention they offer a variety of class times in an attempt to cater to everyones busy schedules. F45 is an awesome workout every time I go. The classes are fun, varied and difficult but easy to apply modifications for beginner/intermediate/advanced or if you have an injury. Each exercise is demonstrated before class and a video is shown during the workout in case you need to remind yourself exactly what the move is. They have a wide variety of equipment and machines which makes each class new. Coaches as well as members are always supportive and motivating. I have done workouts on my own at home, at other gyms and other structured classes and this is by far my favorite. I would encourage you to try out a class if you are interested, you will not be disappointed!
