Ed was our closing attorney for a house my wife and I bought in Yarmouth in October 2019 and again in connection with an abutting parcel we bought a few months later. While the first transaction was fairly straightforward, the second involved a lot that had been in one family forever, with multiple heirs, a very murky chain of title, and sellers who were nowhere near prepared to sell. Ed was indispensable in getting the sellers, their agent and attorney moving and focused. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and was very good at keeping us informed every step of the way.
