McDonald's

A good average Macdonald store. Not much parking at busy times but I rarely give them more than a 3.

This McDonalds has always treated us right, and even gone above and beyond sometimes. A few years ago I went through the drive thru when I was 8 months pregnant, and realized at the pickup window that I had forgotten to order my coffee as decaf. The person working the window heard my distressed exclamation and immediately remade my coffee in decaf. I dont remember your name, but I still remember your kindness and I tell people about it all the time!

I ordered happy meal and it did not come with french fries. Seems to be things like this that happens very often at this location.

I am stunned that anyone would ever give this place more than 2 stars. I'm always amazed that the owner of this franchise went to the trouble and expense of putting in a drive-through lane, a lighted menu board, an additional cashier at the window.. to go through the ruse of taking your order.. when they're just going to put whatever they want in the bag anyway. The staff, with only Rare exceptions, appear to have no idea what they're doing, or even why they are there. Drive through times are excessively long, and if you're very, very lucky, you might show up on a day when they're putting napkins in the bag! The food is good, so at least they have that going for them. But after this many years in business, as a corporate organization as well as an individual franchise, one would think they'd have this 'system' down pat. And for all this.. they expect $15 an hour.

Honestly, this McDonalds is super top notch! My husband and I just moved to the area and have noticed that the French fries are always fresh. And the customer service is great. Had to leave a nice review because this is rare! Highly recommend
