        I had my items stored there for two years with no issue. When I called to see about a smaller unit no one returned my call. So the following month I called and gave my months notice, and mailed a letter. On my final day I removed my items, cleaned the unit, and left another message that I was moved out of the unit. I was still charged the next month. I called several times to dispute the charge and never had a return call or refund.

        No one seems to work at this storage unit anymore. Im done with my storage unit and I cant contact anyone for the past month to discontinue my card from automatic payments, so Im left to keep getting billed for something Im not using. Dont use this storage unit service unless you wanna be left without any assistance when you most need it.
