Called on behalf of a client. Property owner exceptionally rude, and even after advising that he had no vacancies, asked, "And you probably want me to take a voucher, huh? I don't take vouchers." I advised my client did have a BRAP voucher, but that was irrelevant if he had no vacancies. The only reason a slumlord won't accept BRAP is because their apartments fail to meet the exceptionally low bar of a BRAP inspection. If you are looking for an overpriced rathole run by a slumlord, this is the place for you.
