Too lazy to look for a package I had held at the facility, then proceeded to send me on a goose chase on my package. Lost out on $120

The post office personnel, in the office itself, have been pleasant and professional. I have had packages that have been posted as delivered, that I never received. I was sitting right in my livingroom as the mail was delivered and received a "sorry we missed you while you were out. We tried to deliver a large envelope but you were not home." Which was not true as I watched the mail get delivered. I was expecting important papers. I was given a paper telling me it was yesterday they tried to deliver it and could go pick it up at the post office now. I went to pick up the envelope and was told it was not at the office yet, since it was in fact today they were supposed to deliver it, while I was home watching. Today was not my regular delivery person. No, I am not impressed.
