Helpful, prompt, and friendly service. Would recommend.
This was my first time having my septic cleaned out and I wasn't sure where the access was. I had called another company first, but they wouldn't dig this time of year. My second call was to Nichols. They found my access easily and had me pumped out within days.

Came home this evening to my basement drain backed up. Called the emergency line and received a call back from the dispatcher in good time!
The serviceman that came out had the drain unplugged and cleared within minutes. Luckily it was just clogged under the floor. Service was great for sure. Definitely would recommend for emergency services and will be using them for my future plumbing needs
