Its hard to explain just how much we love working with Kristin from Sweet Life Memories Photography! Having already spent time with Kristin for our winter engagement session, we knew how incredible her work was but were still blown away when we saw the finished photos from our 2013 autumn wedding on MDI. With her cheerful and upbeat personality, she made my husband and I both feel comfortable right away. Luckily for us, Kristin was up for just about anything! She really encouraged us to do whatever felt natural and stay true to what we had envisioned for our day. We decided to do a first look before our ceremony with just the two of us and our boxer-mix Charlie. Although Kristin and her assistant were there the whole time, they magically melted into the background and made us feel like we were the only people around for miles. The photographs we have of that private instant when we first saw each other are among our favorite and most treasured from the whole day. Kristin is the master of lifestyle photography! I love how she was able to catch little details like a hug between cousins who hadnt seen each other in years or our dogs comical crooked smile you just cant get those feelings from staged shots. Thanks to her eye for detail and knack for zeroing in on the little things that made our day unique, we seem to find something new to remark on and remember each time we look back through our photos. Kristin and her assistant photographer Danielle didnt just leave us with pictures of our big day, they truly captured memories. Not only do we have gorgeous photographs from our engagement and wedding, but we have found a photographer we are excited to work with as our family grows for years to come!
