This was our first home inspection with Dennis Curran and I couldn't have been more pleased. He was very professional and friendly throughout the entire two-plus hour inspection. He welcomed and encouraged me to follow him and ask questions and gave clear and concise explanations of any issues he identified. He provided his full report on time as promised and, once again, encouraged me to follow up with any questions. I have hired more than a dozen home inspectors for property purchases in my life and Dennis is definitely one of the top performers.
