        Very rude and disrespectful staff. Horrible experience.Trust me there are better options who are respectful of your time , place and you as person

        They can be very difficult to reach. Their answering service doesnt do anything accept tell you to call back. They give you the option to receive a call back, but they dont call you back. They told me they charged an additional fee for running out of oil! Even if I can get the furnace going all by myself- I was able to get that waived, however. If you set up an account online and know well in advance when youll need a delivery, its easy. Calling is a pain though. But they can usually get oil to you within 36 hours.

        Dec. 2023 UPDATE: Can no longer get anyone on the phone, which is busy all day every day, regardless of the time you call. Always competitive prices and prompt delivery in my experience.
