They left us hanging for months after taking our deposit. No way to contact them. Didnt return our calls. Couldnt find them in their office. Finally got a refund through our bank and hired another co.

Do NOT waste your time. They are non communicative once they get your deposit. We tried every which way to do business with them but they just left us hanging. We finally got a refund and got our countertops in a week from the Granite Shop in Sedgwick Maine. Very happy with the job they did.

They refuse to communicate and its hard to plan around that. Theres no excuse to not respond to your customer for over a week. Were ALL busy

Stone Masters LLC in Brewer, Maine. If I could select zero I would, even a 1 is too generous. I wished I had read the reviews prior. Rich was recommended for his shops workmanship but also warned theyre not very timely. Walked into the shop in mid June and Rich couldnt have been more cordial saying they would be able to do my single bathroom vanity in next couple weeks. After no contact for two months, I reached out and was told we just talked about your project and will get to you soon to schedule. That was almost two weeks ago and NOW my texts and calls are ignored and not responded to or the mailbox is full. IF you have no interest in doing small jobs the right thing to do is to say so upfront instead of spending an hour discussing your political and cold shower beliefs. It seems like in years back they were hungry for the work and actually responded to customers and reviews and now have little or no conscious left to provide true customer service. Stay away and dont be drawn in by the false charm.

Walked in the door and was very rudely told "I don't have time for you today. Come back tomorrow " When I have already driven 2 hours to go to this shop the chances of me ever doing business with this business is zero!!!!! Unbelievable.
