        They lost my $1000 order. I ordered a computer for delivery from the store, paid to have it delivered in 3 hours or less. The time for delivery comes and goes and no item. I talk to the Walmart online chat, they tell me they cant help and then the chat feature gets removed with a notification saying I need to call customer service line. I do this and they say theres no driver for my order so I can go pick it up, which I have to arrange with my local store. I call my local store to do this, and they say they dont even have my order and therefore I cant pick it up. They said u could try calling back in a few days and maybe theyd have it by then. I call customer service back and the guy tells me the store does have my order and a driver is picking it up now. I tell him again what the store is saying,he then disconnects the call. Still no order, cant get a refund, and am out $1000
