This man has literally ruined my life . Used an illegal eviction notice to evict my family. Gave us less than 24 hrs to get out . At the time too he had a property manager that was stealing from him. We would give our rent to her as she would show up at our house . And she would pocket the Money. All the while putting it in the books that we weren't paying . Then as if that all wasn't bad enough he hated my ex husband so bad he called all housing places in the area and wrote them letters telling them not to let me in. Thankfully though no one likes Jay Smith and they laughed about it . Plus my character was backed by all who knew me . Then after that he tried to land a 5,000 dollar bill on my shoulders claiming I owe him that . Nope . No sir . You have ruined my credit scum bag but I won't ever pay you a cent . You owe me and my kids . Not the other way around . RENTERS BEWARE!!!! THIS MAN IS POISION.

Penobscot Properties made finding an affordable living space easy. Jay Smith was very accommodating. The unit I decided upon needed a few corrections and he made them right. I recommend this rental company highly. If I wanted the perfect place to live in, then I would need to pony up 12 -15 hundred per month, and then perfect won't happen with that either. Mr. Smith's rental business makes affordable housing for struggling income earners . Thank you Mr. Smith.
