        I ordered online and chose curbside pickup. When I arrived, I filled out the information for my vehicle. I pulled up and put my hazards on. An employee from the store walked out and told me I wasnt allowed to park there. I advised him I was there for a curbside pick up. His response was we dont do that. Havent since covid. This is rather inconvenient when youre in a hurry and this was an option during purchase. Went inside to pick it up and then he asked me to the name of the shoe I was picking up. Not my name but the actual name of the shoe. Like who knows that?!? Id recommend either removing it from your website for the location or letting your employees know they should do it.

        The cashier there has been there a few yrs. Always super helpful and welcoming. I wish the stores had more inventory but its the same everywhere. Prices are sometimes cheaper online so check that. Also they always have coupons in flyers so take advantage of those when you can.
