Worst customer service. The way Theresa talks to you is so insulting. Like she just laughs at you. They have excuse after excuse after they promise date after date. Don't bother ordering from here. Even if they promise you you'll have your orders ready... They won't.

You'll be quoted a date and even promised to have them by that date... Then 2 weeks later still have not received any of our stuff. The season will be over before we even get to have our orders!! Don't waste your time and money here. All Matt does is tell you want you want to hear!! No one used profanity. I said how disrespectful Matt is and his responses are unprofessional. Matt gave us 3 rolling dates. All were promised before the game started. We have our 3rd game tonight. Still no orders. Nothing even printed on And with the dates keep being pushed out and pushed out again and again the season will be over with how many times you all keep pushing our date out. I never said nothing about cancelling our orders. What I said was if more time was spent completing orders then maybe ours would be done. I'll see you Friday to pick them all up.
